Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from the United States using reliable carriers. Delivery times vary based on the service selected at checkout.
Typical delivery windows:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free or discounted shipping promotion applies.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery times vary by country and carrier, but most orders arrive within:
• 7–21 business days
Tracking is provided for all international shipments.
International Duties & Taxes (Important)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country. If duties or taxes are required, your local carrier will contact you when your order arrives in your country. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or the package being returned.
All international shipments are sent using DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place / Duties Unpaid) terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear. International tracking may show fewer updates depending on the destination country’s postal system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In these cases, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the additional shipping cost is paid.
